Absolutely the best warranty out there. I don’t buy anything without the Best Buy protection plan

The protection plan is worthwhile in my opinion, but as a total tech member, I expect that my membership covers costs of service calls also (otherwise, why pay the almost $200 a year). Due to policy changes about a year ago, service calls are now $99 + tax which is unfortunate and makes you question the benefit of total tech / the warranty

My wife absolutely loves these earbuds from Bose. She uses them in her busy office where she has to take/make a lot of calls while also being able to hear what's going on around her. These Bose earbuds allow her to do her job without having to constantly press buttons or remove them to carry on a conversation with her coworkers while also being able to take calls as she handles IT locally and nationally within the company she works for.
