We have been using this for years. Very happy with this protection plan membership. Never any hassles when there is a product problem if one comes up.

I recently purchased a carpet cleaner, but it turned out to be a complete disaster. I knew it wouldn't last long, so I decided to exchange it for a better one when it finally dies. Luckily, I have a membership that allows me to upgrade my products by paying just the difference. In my opinion, this membership is an absolute steal. I don't have to worry about collecting any household items such as vacuums, carpet cleaners, air fryers, or anything else. They cover essentially everything, and it's worth every penny. I have been a loyal member for three years now, and I plan to continue doing so. Although I must admit that their Geek Squad technical department is not up to the mark, I believe that the rest of their services more than make up for it.

Having 24 months of peace of mind is worth every penny! Best buy helps with any and all issues you may face with the product. The customer support is unreal, some of the best around.

The RIG 900 is a great headset, the sound quality is great, the comfort is phenomenal, the structure feels nice and sturdy while still giving a good amount of flexibility; additionally, the fact that they’re game ready for PS5, XBOX, and PC, is absolutely a plus. However, coming from the RIG 800’s, the 900’s did not feel like they were worth the additional $100 opposed to the price of the 800’s at $149. The sound quality didn’t seem a whole lot better out of the box or even after messing with the app and changing settings around, and the only real differences that I felt they had were the layout of the buttons, the headband, and the sound of the on and on voice that lets you know that your headset it on and what your power life is currently at. Also, a nitpick, I hate that they changed the voice. Now it just sounds like Alexa. Where both are great headsets, I would say due to the 900’s seeming like a set of 800’s with a better headband, you’ll get a better price to performance ratio by purchasing the RIG 800’s. I will say, if you do have both PS5 and XBOX series, make sure you get the Xbox version of the headphones, as they will work with the PS5 in PC mode, whereas the PS5 version will not work with Xbox; because Sony Lol

had an issue with my vacuum , a Shark Stratos, it broke somehow. Took it to Geek Squad, it wasn't fixable , the model wasn't in stock. I was given store credit, told that a nearby store had 2 in stock. I bought a replacement at the other store.

I love this vacuum/mop such a life saver. I used to mop the floor for hours but with this machine it takes me approximately 35 minutes (2800 sq ft) to clean my home.. I recommend buying warranty for it Unfortunately after a year of purchase my Tineco stopped working and it was giving me an error to contact customer service The plus side I had a 2 year warranty and Best Buy just replaced it no questions ask.
