Who doesn’t love paying monthly for the privilege of maybe, possibly, someday needing protection I’ll never use? So far, it’s given me absolutely nothing—just like my ex! But hey, peace of mind (or Stockholm syndrome?) comes at a price.

All i can say is im thankful for this protection plan, cause it gives me peace and mind that i am covered and can be taken care of without hesitation! Thankful for the amazing team at my local best buy always very helpful!

The BestBuy Total members Extended warranty service is wonderful. It extends the coverage on multiple devices and appliances for 24 months all in one package. It makes keeping up with purchases so much easier. I highly recommend it.

had an issue with my vacuum , a Shark Stratos, it broke somehow. Took it to Geek Squad, it wasn't fixable , the model wasn't in stock. I was given store credit, told that a nearby store had 2 in stock. I bought a replacement at the other store.

Always have this just in case needed for any of my purchases

Best buy has taken care of me in so many ways with my tech total membership, and giving me 2 years of protection on everything I buy brings me a lot of comfort when I purchase new devices. Although my girlfriends son has surprisingly kept his Ipad in pristine condition. Those Ipad cases work wonders!

Very beneficial service. I had to service my pre-build gaming desktop PC 3 times in a year for faulty components (from Cyberpower). They were able to get it working again twice, and the 3rd time, the motherboard had died, so the replacement of the component was included. I decided to purchase the component myself for best quality, but the installation was included. I saved at least $1,000 in repairs by having the total tech membership which includes the 2 years.

I'm not sure about the monthly service but I paid $200 for 2 years right when this service first came out (everyone online called it a scam / it got totally trashed by review sites). Well, it paid for itself within the first month of purchasing, saving me from having to pay a restocking fee on a projector I needed to return, and since then has been paying dividends endlessly. Whether it be the 60 day return period, or the fact that they will literally give you a gift card for anything you return within 2 years for the full amount paid for an item (lets say you need to replace said item you physically return with a variant not stocked at that location), 0 questions asked, every single time. Absolutely no regrets paying for this, whatsoever. If you use Best Buy regularly, get this.
