Definitely love it. If your going long distance. Dont drive in dual. Thats the max speed 38 to 39. When not driving in dual your at 25 max. That will save the battery. Make sure you always have both hands on the handle bars. Take a hand off while riding you could lose control. I know because i did. I live in Boston so the big tires and its about 150lbs. Helps with the holes in the highway. You actually need that combination in Boston. Anything smaller. Definitely will be a disaster.

Have used before and it works great when something breaks. Just take it to Best Buy. Only downside is if they do not fix the item, the refund the original purchase price. If you bought on a super special deal, new price may be higher. That being said, SOMETIMES you can sweet talk the manager to honoring the original amount paid

I wouldn’t be ver but anything without the Best Buy protection account any time I have an issue they’re right there to fix it! I go to Best Buy for all my home needs!

Nice insurance should something go wrong and have to use for replacement.

Our Geek Squad protection has been the deciding factor over and over again, where just about everything electronic, we bought from Best Buy. Now with it's 2 year limit, I'm not sure that we'll be renewing the protection, so our incentive will be gone.

So far better than expected! We had 2 other brand vacuums before this and felt they did a good job. These are AMAZING! Yes they are a little pricey, but they do a great job cleaning and it is simple to change the bag. You can hear it when it empties at the charging station, but only lasts a short bit. Mapping is fantastic! I highly recommend getting one or if like us, two!
