We love almost everything about the Total tech program! some of the changes, like not everything is free delivery or install have been taken away, but it is still a great value!

I have tried various earbuds as I switched out from apple eco system. I have previously done a review that Sennheiser MTW 3 is the best overall compared to airpod pro 2, Jabra Elite 10, Bose ultra, BEO play, Technics AZ 80. MTW 3 has the best sound stage in my opinion though not the best ANC. However, I returned from a trip and realized MTW3 gives me ear fatigue based on the fit and ANC is sub-par when on the plane. So I decided to give Sony XM5000 a try! To my surprise, it has better sound stage, better ANC, more features than MTW3 and better fit! I am sold that I have the best buds that fit my purpose!

Haven’t used it yet, because they simply replaced my scooter when it broke down, no repairs, no reviews simply gave me a new one.

I absolutely recomend anyone buying multiple Best Buy items to get this plan it not only gives you all the insurance protection you need on all your items but if anything goes on sale in the next two months after your purchase you can get the difference back! its so worth it!

good "insurance" if something breaks, as you never know what can go wrong

If there’s one plan I’ve purchased that’s paid off it’s Best Buy’s Total Tech. Insurance policies come with or are heavily discounted. The Geek Squad is at your beck and call, and when something breaks, just schedule a repair or replace appointment in a snap. It’s the best value out there on electronics and technology. I’m only picking up now so I can’t say anything about the new Bose earbuds but they look ultra awesome. Star ratings are for Total Tech.
