Best Buy always lives up to their word with total tech protection plans. That's the only reason I spend that much money a year on a plan like this. Tech can wear out quickly and they are always there to deliver. Especially regarding Bluetooth battery operated devices or pc parts.

TotalTech Support is so worth the money. I have had zero issues with product issues, the warranty handles it all. Most of my items have either been replaced, refunded or upgraded. I have used TotalTech for installs of stereo equipment in all of vehicles at little to no cost, to have all of my Laptops / Desktop PCs in my home tuned up, patched, upgraded and running smooth as silk. I have used TotalTech for Apple product warranty issues with no snags. They work as fast as they can to fix the problem. It has been worth every penny having the warranty for Best Buy. They stand by their products and when the product fails they fix it or replace it.
