Good protection if you are a Total Tech Member. Otherwise you have to struggle between manufacturer's warranty or the store you bought it from. Example: Best Buy wont fix it for the 1st year. Even if you got the 3 year warranty plan. So your 1st year they don't honor your paid for store warranty!!?? So you pay for a year you can't use from the store. Then 14 days to 60 days return policy means it'll break after that... alway get a warranty just beware of the consequences

This is one of the best small vacuum cleaners I have purchased! It is lightweight, powerful, picks everything up, easy to change attachments, and lasts a long time. I do not know why I waited so long to purchase. This saves me a lot of time and so much easy than using a broom and dustpan to sweep my floor! It also works great to clean the tracks in my sliding glass doors!

We were so happy that a Best Buy Team Member explained this Monthly Best Buy Protection plan to us! I cannot believe it was the first time hearing about it. The benefits are so worth it. I highly recommend looking into this and purchasing this! It's a NO BRAINER!

easy to use, they don't give you a hard time I have this protection on everything I purchase at Best Buy and all you have to do is walk in with the item that doesn't work and they replace it. Nothing beats the service and protection.

My family, 3 adults and 1 kid, game like its 1999. We love that Best Buy Protection keeps our controllers working 24/7. Other than our highly used VR and PS5 controllers we rarely have much else go out on us, but it is nice to know that everything we buy there is covered for up to 2 years. It is the best insurance I own that does not cost an arm and a leg.

What can I say about Geek Squad that is not already known they are a much worthy service and worth every penny for what is covered it is a no hassle type of coverage for whatever it is your purchase.. I would not walk out of the store without adding this to any of my products. Every year I religeously renew my total tech support agreement and take full advantage of the many benefits Best Buy offers. I'm at 7 years straight and counting ;-)
