I highly recommend the protection plan. It's covered so many things, including Services for some of my older items, with very little to pay for parts when you purchase your own like on amazon and just bring it in to be installed and updated at No additional cost.

You know, it's been said that insurance and warranties aren't needed but in our case it was. Best Buy came though for us when our Bedroom TV malfunctioned, replaced it with a newer model!

Idek about keeping this service anymore due to a few contributing factors. 1) I tried to get my ROG Ally serviced because I thought it'll always be covered when I buy this service. Which turns out if an item has a "warranty" then they WILL not and DO NOT FIX IT. I looked at the worker like huh? I know that isn't their fault but the worker that sold me on getting the plan by saying they cover anything that you buy directly from BestBuy. 2) I brought in my airpods that I got about 3 months ago because I accidently washed them in the washing machine. They took them ONLY because I had warranty/apple care on them (until it's over apparently, which I think apple gives you 6 months to extend this), then on top of that I have to pay a service fee of $30 dollars???? Again I left my local BestBuy looking DUMBFOUNDED and BAMBOOZLED. Before I told all my friends and family to always get the protection plan from BestBuy because of the worker who sold me on getting it. I will not be buying any of the protection plans from here because it's random whether they'll take it or not. I lose a lot of trust from this and mind as well just buy stuff from other places from now due to this.

Best buy I think support u offer is great. This support on your products is a little life saver in many ways. I don't have to worry and there are no hassles when I have a problem with a product, I just go to Best buy tell a tech what the issue is and it is solved quickly no questions asked. Thank u best buy.
