I have been a Best Buy customer since they opened and Best Buy Protection Plan for over three years. The numbers of Tech products over the years makes the total protection package a godsend.

Best protection plan in the market because we deal directly with the store and not middle man or third party. Specially for people like me that owns various things purchased at Best Buy.

Already paid for itself! I bought my uncle a Dell All-In-One PC with a 24 inch screen. He was reaching for something on his desk and lost his balance an accidentally tipped the PC over, cracking the screen in two places. I took it into Best Buy and a new screen was installed in about a week. Good as new!

The robot has a nice indoor mapping feature that enables you to remove sections from its path, which is necessary if you have cables or cords that you cannot cover. If you don't cover your cables or remove these sections via the app, you'll undoubtedly untangle your robot daily, The robot does a good job cleaning, but you'll need a regular vacuum for a detailed cleaning. However, this is an excellent robot for the $219.99 and does a good enough job to keep around.

I recommend especially for your electronics. You never know what might happen, this ensures that your products are covered under the warranty.

Good insurance just in case you need to use it. You can never be too safe, especially with electronics. It gives me piece of mind knowing it's there in case I need it.

Best Buy protection is one of my favorite services from Best Buy. It gives me something that many things can’t, peace of mind. Worth every penny will never not have it on my devices!

I am a Best Buy Total Tech member. We own a 15 townhome complex and purchase appliances on an as need basis. When I need service on these appliances, Best Buy comes out and fixes or replaces the appliance..... with no charge since I have the extended warranty being a Total Tech Member. I used to purchase all my appliances at a competitors, but Best Buy installs for free!

Great knowing my items are protected. I love this as part of the total tech membership benefit. It makes me feel better that when I buy products from Best Buy I get these extra benefits.

If you know you're going to buy a washer/dryer, refrigerator, some electronics etc. then buying a Total Tech membership is the way to go. Best Buy is great for on line shopping and delivery knowing you have 60 days to return something that you don't want.

I would never buy any electronic from any other store. The protection plan is the best. I have never had a problem returning an item
