Great at cleaning but around the 2 year mark it started having connectivity issues. Had the extended warranty service from Best buy and it was replaced. Happy to have it working again.

We put the protection on all products we purchase. Only had to use it once and BestBuy honored the protection agreement in full.

Bought it for my wife, and she totally loved it!! Being able to clean the floors with ease. And some of our smaller floor mats. Also it having the self clean. Just got tired of spending money on cordless plastic floor cleaners. Always breaking when you apply pressure to the stem. Recommend to 100% tile and pasted floors

Monthly protection up to 24 months. Great customer service when something goes wrong with an item you purchased. I just wish the service plan was longer than 24 months. $200 a year isn’t much but if you don’t renew every year then you loose your protection when this service used to be included for free at bestbuy. I miss that awesome service. It really put Best Buy university the rest.

Best Buy has the best when it comes to needs for TVs, phones. Video cameras or chips for storage. THANK YOU‼️

I love the open ear concept. I love the ease of use. I love how comfortable they are. I love that they stay in place. I love the quality of sound when listening to music. Now, on to dislikes. I dislike the sound shifting from ear to ear when listening to things like a podcast. I dislike the battery life. With constant use, you get like 3, maybe 4 hours. The app and the earbuds are not in sync. The earbud states a different battery life than the app. I dislike that there is no way to tell how much battery life the charging case has. I dislike that other reviews stated that the earbuds are not good for phone use because I didn't take the advice. Please note that these are not good for phone conversations. I will repeat these earbuds are "NOT GOOD FOR PHONE CONVERSATIONS.". I used all caps because that is how your conversations will be. With the volume all the way up, I can hear the person on the other side. Unfortunately, the other person can not hear me. If these are only for listening to music while doing chores around the house, they will be perfect for you. I want to love these totally. If the battery life and phone conversation issues are fixed, these would be the perfect earbuds.

It does a protec. I've not had to use it yet but best buy is making me do this.

I have subscribed to the Best Buy protection plan for 3 years. You don't have to worry about any other warranties with it.

I love the fit and finish of this speaker. I love in an apartment and it fills the room without the sound escaping through the walls. It is a beautiful timeless speaker.

I love Total Tech. If you frequently buy products Best Buy sales its a no brainer because you get 2 years of protection for free. That alone is worth it. Though, I do wish they had the ability to extend warranties beyond the 2 years or to upgrade your Total Tech annual subscription to a level that automatically includes at least 3-4 years.

Lasts 2 years and helps out with the majority of issues. Even better is that after the free 2 years included with your membership expires, Best Buy will offer you the oppurtunity to continue to insure that specific product for a monthly charge. Useful if you have high dollar tech.

I love my BISSELL vacuum and steamer on one. I mopped the whole house and have 4 dogs and my floors were super clean and smelled amazing. Definitely recommend this item.

I never walk out of Best Buy without it. I took my laptop in a couple months later to set up. Geek Squad completed the set up and made sure to show me how to work everything. Even made sure I had the proper virus protection and wasn't being charged double for that or my Microsoft 365. Very confident in the protection program and the service provided by Geek Squad!

As of February February 2024 We’ve purchased the yearly protection plan anything that we bought after it is covered. I have children that are in college now and it’s a mass to have on their electronics for their schoolwork
