As of February February 2024 We’ve purchased the yearly protection plan anything that we bought after it is covered. I have children that are in college now and it’s a mass to have on their electronics for their schoolwork

Great headset. I love the fit and feel and the sound quality. It is hard to hear them with phone calls in croweded places but that is expected because they arent in your ear. I use them daily while i work from home or in office and can still hear things around me. My 3 year old also loves to use them. They are light enough to habe her use them. I would be comfortable usong them in a gym, on a run or somewhere I wouldnt want full noise cancelation.

The service is excellent and staff are friendly. Always get products from any Best Buy stores. Good prices and i recommend to add the membership to your products so you can have warranty

Once we picked BoB up and did the intial startup he fired to life and started to scan the home, hes pretty good a problem solving by himself but occasionally does need some help, better to have the clutter off the floor or he will get confused, like socks or pet toys, overall pretty happy a d clean our home in about 2 and half hours, about open 1900 sq ft, Bob is quite a bit quieter van a normal vacuum as well

Great coverage and peace of mind. We use a lot of tech in our house and having coverage this good is awesome. I hope to never use it, but love having it.

Originally I thought that’s ridiculous to spend 180 but in reality most people break or do something to what they buy after the 30 day return policy so it’s come in handy for me

Best BUy is my favorite store not only because it sells the best products, but because it gives me the most complete guarantees and makes me feel confident.

Don't leave without the total protection plan when purchasing anything in Best Buy (My BESTBUY total member protection plan). You will not regret it. Last I remember it is an annual subscription of $199, but is very well worth it.

Would have been a 5 star, but the "roll" of deflector stuff isn't very easy to work with. This is a "tape" that is supposed to be used to keep Bob from crossing into areas that you don't want him to go (like the top of a stairway). He isn't supposed to fall down stairs anyway, but he doesn't stop at the edge, so I thought this would keep him from going too close and hanging up. It is coiled upon arrival, so won't lay flat on the floor, & he just pushes it out of his way and hang's on the edge of the top stair. This is my second bob. I have had my first one for over 5 years & he is going strong and I still love it. Haven't decided yet if I will invest in the 'block'. If it works no better than the tape, it will be a waste of money.

Money well spent. Definitely advise getting this especially if you buy Best Buy products. Their products work but this makes repairs easier and free

I'm not one to purchase protection plans, however, I will say that buying this one is smart. You get two years for most or all products you buy and it's already paid for itself in the savings. And now, I honestly rather purchase from Bestbuy if i'm buying something since it will fall under the protection plan.
