The purple Dyson is perfect for pets. We have chocolate labs and the Dyson we had before this one lasted for YEARS! Strongly recommend this product.

This monthly protection saved me a ton of hassle. I purchased a Galaxy Watch 4 Classic that was experiencing OLED screen burn-in, and Best Buy promptly allowed me to swap the watch out for another one completely free of charge. Highly recommend.

I like the Samsung Galaxy watch quality and the fact that it can check if you have atrial fib using the watch. Like all the features. I thought it would be much improved from watch 5 but seems to be the same watch. I would have preferred more choices for band colors. Having problems with it not getting my text, but am trying to resolve it now.

Never quite sure if this is worth the extra money; however, it provides a comfort that if something does go wrong within the first 24 months, we can count on Best Buy to help us with the issue.

Every time there is an issue with my product, the 24 month replacement has never steered me wrong. Love the peace of mind.

If you're a frequent best buy shopper, the Total Tech quickly pays for itself since you get product warrant/protection included with purchases through this membership. You also get free installation and discounted pricing on a lot of items. I wish I would've bought this a long time ago.

I have had this plan for every laptop or desk computer. The team does a good job. It is nice to be protected in so many ways. It is too bad they now have by appts. only. They made me make an appt and come back, even though online it showed the calendar was wide open for when I was inside the store.

For 2 years after I bought the house no one can make the roof speakers work only after BestBuy sent a team and recommend this Great quality and price device

If you shop at Best Buy often, this protection would be worth every penny. Prevents from having to spend more money purchasing protection plan for every purchased made. In addition, I've gotten discounts on some items due to have the plan.

The best thing ever have used the geek squad now 4 or 5 times. They are so helpful at the store and when they come to the home. So far no cost after paying for service best deal for us non tech folks.
