I have used my Best Buy protection on several laptops that we bought from Bestbuy. They were able to repair it at no, or very little charge. the total membership is worth it.

I havent had to use this protection plan yet, but Im glad I have it to back up all of my Best Buy purchases. Its totally worth the yearly price to keep my tech products covered in case of malfunctions.

Bought the total tech package. I think it has already paid for its self. The Geek squad came to the house and set up my home theatre system. Second crew came out ran me through a complete introduction to my IMac.

This is protection, especially when you have issuers with items, maybe I can check and if it’s not to late to exchange my printer for another one.

Great keyboard, keys feel very nice the battery lasts quite a long time even with lights at full brightness. Only reason it didn’t get 5 is that to take full advantage of Corsair lighting effects the keyboard must be plugged in. And at its price tag it seems silly they couldn’t figure out a way to do that with the included dongle.

I don't usually buy protection, but this plan is great. Full replacement even if it just breaks, and you can buy new protection to cover two more years. Saved me lots when my son is just hard on things

These have really great sound and are one of the few gaming headphones that fit comfortably around my ears. What made me give this a life review is the headband. It's so uncomfortable after an hour of gaming, others describe it as a torture device and I would agree with them. Corsair is so close to a good headset and almost hit the mark.

Bestbuys total protection pays for itself through out the year. I totally recommend getting this especially if you plan on purchasing more items from Best Buy.

Great protection plan. Best Buy usually buys high quality products so there's rarely a need for this warranty, but it's good to know we have one

Warranties and customer service is key after that manufacturers warranty ends. I don't mess around with purchasing devices and man made stuff without the added coverage. You just never know what you're going to get.

I purchased this for the Shark Air Cleaner as I know it will be worked to the maxium, and I hope I will not need to use it. In case of the unknown happens, I feel it is well worth knowing I can get some help with a repair or replacement.
