Great to know they stand behind there products !!!

Not sure which product this is for, but with my Best Buy Total Tech membership, I think I get this on pretty much everything I buy at Best Buy. So, why wouldn't I like it. Here's hoping I never have to utilize it and all my gear keeps working :)

Sound quality is fantastic, nose blocking is great. Why I give it a three start rating, the ear pieces are held buy small rods of plastic, I think it should be metal. They break easily and for the price and quality of the sound, Id think they would have designed this part of the head set better. Unless breaking is what they had intended.

I have had the Best Buy Protection plan for quite some time. I am glad to have the 24 mo protection. No worries.

Best Buy has some of the best Geek Squad technicians working for them. When my computer has an issue I take it in and they solve it. Webroot is also very good at Virus Protection which is also very important these days.
