Best Buy Protection is a good free offer

Wildfires

Overall, worth it

Main and really only issue i have is that it doesnt always turn on right away when i move the switch. So ill have to move the switch back to off and then back on and itll work.

Phone exchange and warranty is going to be hit more miss, cause your replacement phone will be from the phone maker and not best buy. And most of the time they'll be refurbished without letting you know.

I have used the original Geek Squad protection plans in the past and they were wonderful so I'm expecting the same from this plan.

Loved having Geek Squad so glad we still have available support. Also, have akways had super nice agents that really try to get you up and running. However, sometimes it takes a long time and numerous agents to get back up and running. But the effort put forth by every agent reminds me that they are doingbthier best and are very dedicated
