Highly recommend to get this protection plan, it offers you great peace of mind

glad we purchased protection plan as clothes washer is being replaced due to machine sounds like its rubbing on metal when in use.Its so loud we are scared to use it as could star a fire.

I’ve historically always opted out of protection programs, but getting them automatically with Total Tech gives me a lot of peace of mind.

In my opinion, these offer best in class noise cancelation performance; however, the bluetooth connection feels unreliable and unstable. Also, there is room for improvement for the controls and device connection.

I'm definitely glad to have the total Tech that comes with protection plan. I do like the fact that the deductibles at least go by how much it cost. So it's much less than my laptop deductible would be. I luckily haven't had to use it for anything as of yet.

I've bought a few expensive items from Best Buy so this is totally worth the money for me. Hopefully I won't need it but I know I'm covered if I do!

Service is really fast. In my case, next day is the longest time for a house service call. Techs always explain what they did before leaving.
