This Tv is on the Best Buy protection for two years so I will not have to worry about it if it goes out

It has really came through for me. Anytime im not satisfied with a product they have been more then helpful to help me return or exchage the product. Also add warranty to your devices and help you out with any of your pc needs .

We haven had to use it so far. Fingers crossed. We have purchase 2 watches, GE washer/dryer comb and earbuds.

I spilled coffee on my laptop and needed to replace it, so I went online to see what Best Buy had to offer. I found a Dell with a terabyte of storage (I'm a sucker for lots and lots of space). It was a little pricey, so I checked the open box prices and saw one for a good deal less. It was at the Pineville store, so my husband and I drove over to see what they had. Once there, we met Ian, who took us back to where the open box laptops were kept. I told him what I wanted and why, and he said a laptop labeled "good" would work very well and might only have some superficial scratches on the case. He brought out one to show me, and I couldn't see anything marring it. Ian was a huge help, and I got a laptop I'm very happy with and for less than I'd expected. Many thanks to Ian for his help and to Best Buy for having such a knowledgeable associate.

Best Buy protection has served me well on numerous occasions. Recently, I brought in a defective drone and they replaced it on the spot as it was no longer serviceable. The speedy, and care of this got me back up and running in an instant!

There is nothing like it! You don’t just gain the warranty, you get a no questions asked trial of products you may not end up liking and no one faults you for it. None of that shameful - well sir you had 14 days and you could not open it but now that you did and it’s a piece of garbage too bad you have to pay 15%…Nope, not at Best Buy and when you have total tech, you’re done. If you’re still ordering your electronics from amazon, you’re not very bright. Order it from best buy - hands down the way to go!
