The whole process for me was smooth. I went in and got a demo, tried on the glasses. Ordered them on the spot and got them delivered to my home less than 2 weeks later. The glasses themselves are very stylish, and the AI features are extremely helpful. The cool thing about the display is you can see it and be discrete while others cant notice a screen in your glasses lenses.

I will highly recommend the protection service at Best Buy offers. I have several surges in the house and had a few of my cosmetic items covered under the protection as well and always go in with no questions asked replaced very smooth transaction always highly recommend.

Thank goodness for the total warranty I've been purchased 2 bambu 3D printers the A1 combo and the P1S combo and both have had to be returned my A1 I 3D printer I'm on my third one in less than two months my P1S combo didn't even last a week before it started jamming real bad the manufacturer said to take the whole print head apart and check the screws to make sure they're tightened but when you spend almost $1000 on a printer you expect it to last more than a week bamboo really needs to step up their quality control but thank goodness for the total warranty because this has been ridiculous
