I have had quite a few products get broken in my household, due to having five children and buying a lot of electronics. This service is extremely fair to the consumer. Even if they don’t have the same product anymore, they give you credit towards buying a newer version of it. If you buy a new computer, TV, game system, accessories, whatever, Best Buy really truly does have your back with getting it fixed or replacing it. One of the easiest services for me to recommend because I’ve never had an issue with it and I’ve used it on quite a few occasions. I love doing business with Best Buy.

I recommend this guarantee that it is good, and it saves a lot of money. He advised him by the employee who was on the cashier,and indeed his advice was.

I had another product serviced. No questions asked. Short wait time. Product was fully adjusted/fixed like new. Definitely recommend for those high-end products where repairs and adjustments can sometimes tarnish your wallet. $$$

Had a Meta VR go into a firmware update that created a glitch. Headset was replaced in store with a new one, coverage continued with the new headset.

I get this extra protection for any item I buy from Best Buy and it has saved me on all my products.

Very solid system that handles pretty much any game you throw at it. The speakers are the highlight. I’ve had all of pc handhelds and this by far has the best speakers. The MSI center could use a few more updates to run smoother but I’ve been impressed with how frequently they push updates.

My salesman talked me into purchasing the warranty I'm glad I did. I haven't had to use it yet I'm just happy I have it just in case.
