Webroot protection plan is great for our PC and laptop for keeping our computers virus and bug free. Easy to scan our computers and very effective in identifying any threats or issues. Great value for the money!

We have had a half dozen Roombas and switched to this model after our disappointment with the last $1200 Roomba we bought. Pluses: This Roborock works quickly and seems to have better spatial awareness vs our last Roomba (e.g., avoiding live objects moving around the area). The mopping is more effective than our last Roomba—we just stopped using the mopping on that robot. And the communication / notifications are better. Minuses: Where this robot absolutely fails is our primary use case—dog hair from our constantly shedding German Shepherd. This robot leaves clumps of hair rolled up all around our floors, and seems to miss areas of dirt. Lastly, the robot still managed to scratch its surface visibly / unattractively in less than a month, and I find the app a bit harder to use (e.g., in blocking areas like our flush outdoor balcony). For the price and performance, this product falls far short for us.
