I really like that this is included with my membership to cover the products that I buy. If you’re a regular customer with Best Buy, it’s worth it to get a membership.

I like this offer because being a Senior who is technically challenged and relies on the computer for communicating with my family, I will have protection if I need it.

This has saved me a couple times since purchase, mainly on returns and exchanges. My return period was over but due to the warranty it extended it. Normally I don't purchase these but the reason I purchased this 1 is because it saved me money on the purchase of my TV so it was like getting the protection package for free and then it paid for it self again with the return. Definitely recommend.

I've got a few versions of the wireless Arlo's, stretching back to 2019. The Pro 4 was a particular let-down after a good start with older models, I found it to be a battery hog and the magnetic wall mount not as good to work with as before. The Pro 5S was easy figure out and set up, and a month in, the battery consumption seems very reasonable. Arlo has also recently revamped the app, and it is a big improvement. It used to be right there with Ring in terms of being confusing to navigate, but is now closer to Google Home which I find intuitive and easy to use.

I have used this protection several times and it is so worth it. It’s easy to replace something. No hassle.

Appreciate all the times that Best Buy has helped support me in my purchase decisions. Returns and purchases are smooth and efficient. The product protection plan is so worth it and dont plan onngoing anywhere else to make big purchases related to tech or major appliances. I always recommend friends and family and anyone that is taking the time to read this. If you are make big purchases, should consider total tech that provides hassle free product protection for most purchases.

Great to have if you have a lot of electronics/major appliances, EXCEPT cell phones, for now. Horrible insurance company!!!( Assurant ) that you have to get a replacement from should your phone take a dump prior to your warranty expiring. That is the one item I currently would not purchase and insure at Best Buy, it is still an ongoing battle! Unless they change insurance companies.

Always recommend the protection with total tech! Will always purchase as the products dont last like they used to must buy

It's a good service but it isnt forever. One can keep paying year after year believing they are paying for the service but the service is expired and Best Buy kept taking my money. Fortunately I needed the service shortly after it had expired and they only got me for a about $150. I don't remember the exact amount. 4 stars due to lack of notification of expiration.
