The protection plan is well worth getting. I get free protection on all of my stuff that I buy due to being in the preferred membership program. The service is awesome.

Always buy the product protection. It makes no sense to spend a ton of money and not protect it. Don't cheap out and put yourself in a bind later.

The website was easy to use. Pick up is always a breeze. And if there's any problems Best buy is always there. As far as the printer I've had similar previous models knock them off shelves dropped them. This brother printer should be a rockstar

Have been using this service for a couple of years. This year we put it into auto renew. program has paid for itself couple of times over. Exchanges, and repairs are with ease.

Fantastic product that I would recommend for anyone who frequently purchases electronics. I have only had one instance to use it and the process was easy. A new Keyboard for my tablet was not available, but they refunded me the purchase price.

Best buy truly has the best protection plan of all major competitors. It pays to play with Toal Tech. Majority of thos who shop do not even know how valuable this membership is!
