Got the Total plan and it's best purchase I've made in a long time. Ran over my laptop accidently and BB stood by the protection plan. Not only that but also the data recovery provided me with the entire drive content. I understand this is not always possible.

The monthly protection plan is easy to manage and understand. No issues so far and it adds an extra layer of security for the purchase.

It’s always good to have piece of mind. Rather be protected and not need it, then have no protection and be left with trouble and issues scrambling to get to the next step.

The sound quality is not that bad at all. The ANC is pretty good also. Compairing to Creative Labs Air V3. The battery does not last as long as the Air. The sound quality and the ANC is much better. They are more comfortable the the Air V3. Friends tell me the Mic is a lot better then the Air V3.
