This is definitely worth the price. Geek squad representatives are always very knowledgeable.

When i tried to get my washer and stove serviced ,i was told that i had to use the manufacturer warrenty first. Howvever, when purchasing the plan i specifically asked if i would need to use manufacturer warranty and i was told no, that the good thing about getting the plan is that i bypass that part and put in claim with them. It was very insulting being told that i must have misunderstood.
