The best buy membership is the best, love having it

I haven't had to use it yet I'm am going to take my gaming top in to see what's wrong

I am no audiophile professional, but i know a difference between good earbuds and bad earbuds, this one's did not make the cut for me, and here is my honest opinion. Now, I'm a big fan of Samsung, i went to iPhone for about 4 years, changed back to Samsung ecosystem. Honestly, everything is amazing, BUT i gotta say, Samsung earbuds, not the best. People have been hyping this earbuds so much that I had to give them a try, but my honest opinion, this earbuds are not even close to being the best. I have owned airpods (outstanding sound), beats (outstanding sound), Tozo (outstanding sound, skullcandy (outstanding sound). Samsung... Sorry but you need to do a lot better. This earbuds don't even reach the sound level of any of the ones I just mentioned, the battery level of the case doesn't last much at all, airpods lasts me weeks compared to this one's. And the biggest CON I have seen or heard is ANC. I have no clue how people believe that this are the best ANC when it literally doesn't block the sound from the outside. People say it shouldn't mute the outside world, but to be very sincere, my airpods pro 2 BLOCKED the outside noise. I am a person who cannot concentrate with outside noice and used my airpods to concentrate, they blocked everything. This earbuds, I can hear everything from the outside, no true ANC. I was quite disappointed. Also, I had returned my first pair cause maybe quality control, maybe I got a bad pair. No, the second one was the same. I decided to just return them and went for skullcandy, ANC is top notch. I won't say anything about the style of the earbuds, i actually liked it, i liked the charging box, i liked the earbuds, just the sound was a no go for me. I wouldn't recommend them if you really like to not hear anything from the outside. If you don't care, then yes, go for it. I have an average size collection of earbuds to be honest, I have two pairs of beats and two pais of Tozo, one pair of airpods pro 2 and one pair of skull candy. I use my beats and skull candy the most and both are great for ANC. Also, this are not worth the price (to me), they are pricey and they are not the best in sound and ANC, but again, that's my opinion. Do better samsung, I want to love more of your gadgets.

The protection plan has been worth the investment. I have used it when I had an issue with a product and the best buy team was very nice and responsive and actually solved my problem.
