Having this protection has been wonderful. I think it is because Best Buy has stood behind their products. The store in Auburn, California has the best staff ever. Always greeted when I walk in and asked what I need help with. They always go above board to make everything go well. Always finding the best product, for the best price. We are lucky to have them.

Ive used Bestbuy protection multiple times and its great other than the service fees of course!!! But worth paying that versus a whole new product Haha!!!

I don’t usually buy extended protection plans, but this one made sense. Covering up to 24 months with flexible payments is excellent, and it helps protect my investment. My only complaint is that it adds up over time, but it’s still worth it.

this is a nice protection plan if your purchase needs to be looked at. Rated lower in value because never had to use it.

This was purchased with a birthday gift for my son. Hopefully we won't need to use it but just in case, it's better to have it than not.
