    They listened attentively. Performed exactly what they said they would do in a timely manner. When we came to pick up they explained where everything was and walked us through how to access files with our current laptop.

    They have many appointments, and it does take at least two weeks before they can come to fix the problems. I did try online, but they tried for over one hour and finally gave up.

    Transitioning to a new and different brand of laptop is challenging for me. Geek Squad made it clear how I needed to adjust. My 20-minute session turned into an hour 20 thanks to their diligence.

    I hate repeat myself but Best Buy is asking me to review Geek Squad Protection - on all of my purchases. I have had to use it in the past and I refuse to purchase any tech item without it. It’s saved me thousands of dollars so far.
