The delivery team was polite, professional, and worked efficiently. They completed the installation within an hour, demonstrated a strong work ethic, and did an excellent job. The issue was not with the delivery personnel, but with scheduling communication and customer service support. Improved coordination between scheduling and delivery teams, as well as more professional customer service interactions, would significantly improve the overall customer service experience.

Best Buy protection covers all of your products for two years!

Excellent printer for 12x12 paper and tabloid. The ink last surprisingly and a long time and the print quality is great. Ink from Amazon is super cheap and works great.
