Treble and mids are fine - excellent, punchy bass.

I recently had to use this protection for a printer that stopped working and Best Buy was able to give me a full credit for teh value of the printer, it was awesome! I used it to buy a newer printer.

This product has been very helpful, and has been used quite a bit.

I bought this to go along with my Elgato Prompter. I don't have a need for the Facecam Pro, and this fits my use case. Setup was relatively easy and it works well. There are some things I would change, and there are some things I will attribute to using it with the prompter. Low light is not great out of the box. I compared it to my OBSBot Tiny and it doesn't give as good a low light picture, but it is adjustable in Camera Hub to some extent. I haven't adjusted anything other than zoom as of yet. My major point of contention right now, and it is more a software thing that hardware, is the apparently inability to turn off the indicator light and also to turn off the camera. It has a privacy cover, but for my use it is inaccessible and therefore pointless. Again, a software update could easily solve these rather minor issues. One other issue I have is the cable. I would have preferred a 90 degree connector so the cable doesn't extend far back from the camera. Again, minor problem but worth noting.

Amazingly quick turnaround. I dropped off my new laptop and the old one for setup and data transfer. Received a message later that day that the work was complete.

My laptop was hit by a ball while I was working in a gym. It was bent but still working; you could see right into it. I took it in they shipped it out, and had it back to me in two weeks, like new.

The lads really tried helping to right a wrong when this system was installed, they have gone above and beyond to help me and really turned my frown upside down today, thank you guys

This protections plan cover every product y recommend

First and foremost, the coverage options are quite impressive. The plan includes protection against accidental damage, which gives me peace of mind knowing that if I spill something on my laptop or accidentally drop it, I won't be facing a hefty repair bill. Additionally, the plan covers mechanical failures after the manufacturer’s warranty expires, which is a significant benefit for long-term use.

Geek Squad were great. I worked eventually with 3 of them and they were all very knowledgeable and very helpful and friendly. Couldn't have gotten everything done without them.
