Amazing product, stellar list service from BB and Phillips. Couldn't speak highly enough about my experiences with both companies and I have about 80 Hue lights, inside and out. Quality is top notch.

My old hp Office Jet Pro printer was good until it wasn't ...around 23 months. Fortunately it was covered 24 mos under Best Buy membership and i was able to trade it in for an hp Envy Inspire.

For me only reason to buy from BB is because of professional services provided by Greek Squad for more than a decade now . They are too good and highly efficient.

Its good that it's free with your membership. Gives you a little bit peace of mind. After their policy changes, not do good. Now of something happens outside the manufacture warranty. This plan gives you the same product or even exchange. If it's the same product, opposite than before, you could still do a even exchange without paying the extra cost. As well as now of it goes bad, you don't get any money back like before you get a gift card for whatever amount it is. Minus the fee they now charge. For instance if you pay 200.00 for something you choose your money back since they don't have the same product or something you can find to replace. You get charged 20.00 for that 200.00 dollar refund, on a gift card. I've been a best buy member for the past 12 yrs. Used to be the best. Now they have changed so much its a big hassle. Especially when you buy the 179.99 membership, that keeps on charging. Personally you end up spending more on the membership and fees than you do if you didnt have one. 179.99 + the 20.00 and 30.00 and 50.00. Depending on the price of the item. I could buy the item pay 25.00 for a protection plan and actually get a full refund in the money i paid and better protection options. Ive done the math in the long run. You get better options and care and dont have to pay the extra 30.00 or whatever the price may be. Ending up in 300.00 or more a year you pay just to have the membership protection. Only to get a gift card.

Nice to have this service available and very accommodating associate, but I was under impression they would do everything in one visit. Instead when I got there they said it would be 3 days before they would be done with the hard drive issue. That was unexpected and not cool!!

I always buy the protection plan...you never know when you will need one.

The Ring Floodlight Camera Pro’s are something sweet! They’re dependable. You can speak through them. You get continuously uploaded video feeds. The zoom-capable granularity is awesome. At the next sale, I will get another couple of them to go in other places. You won’t be disappointed with them!
