This is a steal when you are purchasing several items for your home, because everything I purchased is covered with this one time purchase of two years, allowing me to be a total member. I purchased three TVs, a refrigerator & stove, had the marvelous Geeksquad work on my laptop Regarding special software for the blind, & help me find products that fit my backpack enclosures. They not only help me with this they also help me in minor education issues regarding newer products when I needed discernment. The long-term employees there at my local Best Buy are fabulous! Yes I definitely recommend this product because as a power purchaser I want the best and this is it.

I have found them easy to work with , in the store or on a remote call They are knowledgeable and patient. it doesn't usually take them long to come up with a solution.
