Had an Yale Assure1 lock installed by Geek squad 13 months age whch that started eating batteries every 3 days. Googled the problem and it suggested I call Yale support. Yale determined that the electronic module had gone bad. Yale told me I would need to buy an a new lock, since their warrany is 12 months. The next day I called Geek squad and asked if theYale Lock was covered under the 24 month Geek squad program. Was told it was covered and Best buy sent an agent to my house. Agent confirmed that the computer module was defective. He ordered a new Assure2 lock to replace it. The folowing week , came out and replaced the entire lock. I was no charged for r wiht ,it hgt hth stipped working, after 13 months of service. Contacted nths j

discharger is impressive since it can actually charge my laptop while I’m working on my laptop. I have a brand new Lenovo 9I pro that’s running windows 11 with a Intel ultra nine chip set an extra Nvidia graphics card. So it’s a powerful laptop. This charger I had it charged up to 100% that I plugged into the laptop the laptop drained the battery this anchor charger and probably about 30 minutes, but the good news is it took from my laptop from about 50% power to about 98% power in the laptop battery... My question is now that the anchor battery is drained to zero can I plug it in and charge the battery while I’m still charging my laptop?

I've had Arlo cameras for about 3yrs now. I first purchased them as a safety precaution to keep track of my autistic son who has previosuly attempted to elope. They work great and the picture is clear. I also like that these cameras hold a charge for 2x minimum longer than the Pro 2 I had. They even came in handy when an amazon driver backed into a retaining wall damaging it. I had the proof I needed to file a claim. Amazon paid out. From my experience with these cameras they're worth the money.

Total Tech experiences that I've had have been teriffic! I've only had them twice, once to set up a new TV, DVD player, audio receiver and turntable and connect everything to our Bose surround system. They were absolutley great and when they were done everything worked perfectly!

The Geek squad staff is responsive and extremely competent. They transferred all my data from one computer to the other and a couple of thumb drives.

Love knowing all my tech is protected from damage and I can replace items far after the manufacturer warranty is expired.
