I have been a Best Buy customer for many years. I have consistently taken advantage of 24-month protection plan. On those occasions when there is a problem with a product, Best Buy has honored its warranty.

Getting the total tech membership which added any protection plan for free, this includes applecare. Ive saved hundreds so far!

I can’t recommend this program enough. Have had some issues with laptops and all have gotten quickly serviced and returned. Also had some defective items that were covered under this plan. Easy return/exchange. The additional savings on items is also really helpful and usually brings the price below what you’d find on other similar stores.

I can't say enough about this protection plan. I have had to use it in the past. I'm so glad I had it.
