I love it. Simply put. They guarantee it. It’s happened to me twice, and they set the record straight, and did what they say they were going to do. Hands down buy it. There’s a chance that something may never happen to anything you buy. But if you’re spending money, on something that cost a pretty penny, then it’s 100% worth it. It’s excellent. I know I’m glad I did. So if the T.V starts acting up then you’ll get a new TV and then everything you buy after that is covered also for free!!!!!!!!!!!!! If that’s not something worth investing in than I don’t know what is. Trust me you’ll sleep better.

I purchased the Best Buy protection to reduce my workload on being the IT person for when it becomes more complex. This has allowed me to tell my spouse to take it to the Geek Squad while on business travel so that I can concentrate on earning my keep. The Geek Squad has saved my marriage on more than one occasion. I highly recommend the Geek Squad total protection I find keeping coverage as an insurance less expensive than what the individual repair costs would have been.

I find it questionabke why certain keyboards and apple pe cils are not applied to GSP. I got an IPad with everything, and before switching and it is. . . Ehhh?. . I did not enjoy learning this.

I bought two and have to say that the monitors are fantastic for the price. Dual 4k is a game changer. The monitors feel solid and are luxurious. I have both connected via DisplayPort to an HP laptop and docking station. No pixel issues and just joy. The two year total tech protection keeps my worries at bay if issues were to surface. It’s funny, I buy a lot of things from Best Buy and haven’t had to use the total tech warranty once.
