Great service if you need it. We kept while getting things but don’t need it now.

When you buy something that it applies to it will automatically give you the protection, which is nice so I don’t have to do it manually. The people who work at the Best Buy by me are very kind and respectful, and they care a lot about your time full face that will take care of me and care of my products when I need some help

The annual subscription to Best Buy was an excellent decision/ The quality of the products and the superb assistance of the Geek advisors ae worth it !!!

Best Buy protection is a must have for all major and minor purchases. Modern technology is brittle and something will eventually happen and its nice to get a fix or replacement and not having to buy a whole new product.

Love it so much. These were so easy to set up. Most connected to the sync module and can be viewed quite quickly. For the price they work great for me. We have ended up getting additional cameras for our friends and family too. No need to spend on expensive camera system. These are so clear and work perfectly!

This protection is great, and I like I can get service through the chat. Also, like I can add other protects I purchased from Best Buy.

With Best buy announcing their change in selling hard disk 4k movies I will more than likely not have a need for any further need for these types of protections. I had this for all my other products I bought from Best Buy like TVs, gaming systems etc however I will go elsewhere to get those as I will no longer need to go into Best Buy for anything. So I won’t pay for the total protection guarantee for everything which I did for peace of mind never have used it except when I had them install my surround sound.

I called Geek Squad to come to my home because my computer monitor wasn’t working.. bought a replacement. Called GeekSquad to come to my house because my computer was running too slow. He recommended a new computer because mine was full and was several years old. Geek Squad came out to set it up. Geek Squad came out a fourth time to help me with new Windows 11 and to load a couple programs. Four visits and my cost was zero because I subscribed to total tech.

If you are a regular Best Buy customer this plan pays for itself over and over again because you get free protection on all of the products that you buy there as well as special treatment and special prices. This has saved us money in the long run over and over and we’ve been members for years
