Does its job. Using for extra fridge space and liked this had a usable freezer as well. Got it open box, so happy yo get a decent deal vs shopping FB marketplace and not knowing what we're getting. Biggest knock is it doesn't hold a consistent temp. It is functionin gproperly I believe, it just has a long cycle so it has a wider dluctuation in temperature than I'd like. I'd give it 3 stars instead of 4 because of this, but I know its a common issue with minifridges. I wouldn't pay full retail, but a good sale or open-box makes it a decent value vs other options. Oh, and the door light is a huge plus - we love being able to see especially in evening when not as many lights are on.

A great deal to protect all my purchases. Having this plan is better and easier than having different plans purchased separately.

It was so happy with the gentleman inside very informative. I can’t help shipping because they didn’t have the item in stock so I went ahead and canceled my order. It wasn’t gonna be here before Christmas and I’m not gonna show anybody pictures off my phone when I got them, but only if we could be more specific on time of arrival of shipment it’s probably impossible with our superior technology. Nonetheless, have a great Christmas and a new year.

I have the Total (protection) with Best Buy and it is worth the cost per year to have it in case it is needed. In my case, I had a problem with a very expensive piece of home equipment that I bought at Best Buy and they gave me every penny back that I'd paid and I'd had the equipment for 4 years before it quit on me. I will renew this Total protection every year for as long as I may need to.

Can be worthwhile if the right associates help you. But sometimes the fine print is a bit misleading and the customer can get screwed. They clearly have changed this program from what it originally used to be. I have gotten lucky and had some items covered under technicalities, but also had items and reasons I thought for sure would be covered refused. Have not tested the Apple Care tie in with this but Apple Care has a reputation of its own. Slight piece of mind, overall if you are a rewards member and make regular purchases with Best Buy, you probably should have this coverage and Total Tech Membership.
