What can you say, total plus worth the money strictly for the Apple plans and 2 year warranty on parts and labor. One fix can cost you what membership fee is let alone the additional benefits of member only sales and dedicated service. Much better membership program than previous programs that required a certain amount of money spent per calendar year. If you shop Best Buy like others shop the other big box retailers, don’t second guess it.

Though I did not realize the Totaltech premium was for a year (I was confused by the "up to 24 mo" protection wording), I am still glad I purchased. I had purchased two computers, and one arrived faulty. I was helped without question, and did not at the time pay fees for the return of the old. I realize it was within 30 days so would have got help anyway, but I still feel it was worth the yearly premium. I will probably renew next year, only because I have been buying so many things I need from Best Buy, lately.

You have to protect your products. Tech is becoming expensive and I do not want to pay more for repairs as they can become costly.

Great, would recommend to anyone, even if just for the warranties!

Best Buy Protections Plan is awesome. I love that I can now pay for a memebership and have all my purchases covered versus having to buy prottections per item and watch it expire. I purchased all my household items for a new build and have over $18k in product protections. Only had to use it once for a speaker I purchased, but glad I have some peace of mind that I'm covered.

The best product warranty i have ever used. Geek Squad has all my electronics covered and in and out of the store. Everyone should have this.

Works great if you purchase a lot of products but you still have to pay a small service fee usually 15 - 100 dollars depending on the item, 500 dollar items are usually on the 50 to 75 dollar service fees

Would highly recommend having this protection plan. Even if you are a computer guru. Best Buy techies are the most highly trained experts. They are up to date on all the cutting edge electronics.

The flood light is excellent. It was easy to install. I love it. The name of it is gotcha because of you create a crime I gotcha.

Anytime that we bought a product from Best Buy we always get the warranties and if we ever did have a problem, they always honor their warranty so I would highly recommend it

I have always purchased a Best Buy plan, they have kept to their agreement in the plan. They have sent out repair services on a scheduled time and repaired my washer and replaced the washer when parts were not available.

We’ve had good luck with previous HP printers so when it came time to replace our old printer, we went straight to HP products. Another great call. Got the printer home, opened the box and seamlessly had it up and running in no time. Nice to also easily transfer our HP Instant Ink program to our new printer.

Absolutely unequivocally splendid!! I use this all the time!!

This is great and comes with my Best Buy Total Yearly Membership! When something goes wrong, they fix it! Sometimes, when your printer is 15 years old, they offer to recycle it.

Wonderful whilst I had this and I will set another subscription up soon. Geek squad is a bunch of magicians. Great service!!!!!!!!!

Gotta love the BB Protection Plan! I made a purchase and bc I have this protection plan. @ BB, I am covered on the product for 24 months!!!!! It's a must have for any home.
