Geek Squad has been my most successful purchase for my computer maintenance. I am age 83 and not the most trained technician and have depended on grandchildren for assistance for years. Now they are grown up and not living nearby so I have adopted this new family of technicians to keep me functioning with the necessities of computer usage. Thanks to Best Buy!!

I was offered this during a purchase, which essentially paid for itself. Since then I have continued to renew and use this protection. The wide range of perks as well as the total support can't be beat. NEVER had an issue with any product or service covered under this plan. Renewal is coming up this month and I will be continuing again.

Best investment I have with Best Buy!! I have purchase pretty much all electronics here at best buy and I had few issues with few items and when I come in to have it looked at or fixed… they are very pleasant and get it fixed for me :)

I initially had a very knowledgeable person helping me, when i returned he was not available and I was assigned a different geek who never once looked at my computer just took what I said and pronounced my computer dead and had a sales person come and sell me a new computer. She did a lot of talking but never once analyzed MY computer only wrote down what I said I thought was wrong but never turned on my computer to analyze the problem.

Great printer. Recently switched to Canon printers and will never go back to other brands. You will not be disappointed. Easy to use and great quality printing, copying and scanning. Have not used fax yet.

If you shop often at best but it’s worth it! I’ve save more then $600 and you get 2 year protection plan on everything you buy. THAT INCLUDING APPLE CARE +!!!!!!! It has already paid for itself 2x over the year yearly price.

5 star for Ring. I purchased this product at Best Buy. Later I went back and bought 2 other Ring security cameras and light for the front, back and side garage. It is such a relief to be able keep eye on our property. It works wonderful.

Best Buy consistently prioritizes its customers, and the staff exhibits excellent product knowledge. I've never had a problem with them repairing an effective product, and it was done in a timely fashion

I was disappointed to find that Best Buy will no longer work on printers at the store. We purchased our Epson printer at our local store. Apparently the color print needs some kind of cleaning. I am not skilled at such a task so it makes that part of the printer worthless. I was told to check with the manufacturer.

Best buy protection plan is awesome, they came to my home to install two TVs I bought for them. One of them I had to return due to the size of the TV. So switched the TV from 65 inches to 77 inches. The protection plan gave me the ease for them to take away the old TV and install the new one. Also, they were great at setting up my sound system. I need to get one more TV for my basement and I will leverage their services before its expires.

I signed up for "TotalTech," which appears to have been modified downward already to "Total" or something; I have asked for help multiple times over the last year and I find the service to be friendly, professional and responsive. The inclusion of AppleCare is a real bonus. The service has been well worth the cost, and has motivated me to buy more of my stuff from Best Buy, which I suppose was Best Buy's plan.
