I signed up for "TotalTech," which appears to have been modified downward already to "Total" or something; I have asked for help multiple times over the last year and I find the service to be friendly, professional and responsive. The inclusion of AppleCare is a real bonus. The service has been well worth the cost, and has motivated me to buy more of my stuff from Best Buy, which I suppose was Best Buy's plan.

Takes care of all my purchases...No Regrets. Worth the m money.

The protection i brought was nothing like they explained I would received.. they claim I would receive technical support, after going back 3 time in less than a Month after purchasing it. no one had time for me. I'm very disappointed. Very bad customer service. One took off & went to lunch on me. The other worker told me he had to clock out. Lesson learn!

Plus on the protection Best Buy give us. You have replaced things that did not work.

Hi I am so sad they did away with total tech and that’s what I have until me. I absolutely loved it. It saved me so many times. I will only buy my appliances through Best Buy while I have total tech. I will look into the new plans I have I don’t know if I’m not excited about them, I might be switching companies but as of right now I have been buying all my appliances before my total tech is out

I am so thankful that we decided to get the Best Buy protection plan. We had a problem with our wall oven and they sent over a repair person who fixed it quickly and we did not even have a charge at all. We've used The Geek Squad a number of times. Great service, great response time. Well worth the money!

After getting the Total Membership upgrade very good perks. Love it. Very insightful employees help with all these technology advances

I have had the total protection Best Buy membership since it first became available several years ago. The additional 24 month protection included with each Best Buy purchase is a big plus. I have found that the integrated Best Buy purchase and geek squad installation and service has saved me headaches and makes my technology work with fewer problems. The geeks are like my personal tech staff and are usually available pretty quickly to solve problems. Happy to say, the geeks are great!
