The monthly Best Buy Protection is so worth the money. We've had 2 issues already this year: previous computer screen broke at hinges, bought current computer & had Geek Squad transfer everything, then a hacker got into our new computer (my fault---ooops), and Geek Squad fix it in less than 24 hours. Didn't have to pay anything since we have the protection. I can imagine what it would have cost without it. Thanks!!

THISAN AWESOME FEATURE I BOUGHT A TELEVISION THE SPRINKLER SYSTEM WENT OFF AND THE TELEVISION SEIZE TO WORK BESTBUY TOOK IT BACK GAVE ME A NEW ONE THIS WAS 3 WEEKS LATER

One of the best features of my Best Buy membership is knowing i I have additional warranty coverage and geek squad available. I'm glad I purchased it.

This plan covers all my purchases, and is well worth it.

I a great idea to have the protection plans. I have used them before and they are very useful if something goes wrong with the product you purchased. Total protection is the way to go!

Cannot complain about geek squad protection. They do a great job.

After experiencing the Total Tech Program with Best Buy and have used it several times over the past years, I would never be without it. It offers the best protection on all devices purchased from Best Buy as well as the assurance that the Geek Squad will come to the rescue of there are any problems that might arise. Having the protections allows me to go without worrying about breakage, damage or malfunction of all my devices.

Need the protection plan these days with all the low-lifes out there trying to hack into everything. So far the coverage has worked out well. Geek Squad and their service recommendations are very helpful.

Super helpful to have protection nowadays. Don’t get me wrong BEST BUY does everything well they sell good product bring you used or fixed but it’s always a good idea to add extra protection, especially when is manufactured. I’ve been lucky enough to not have any problems with my electronics, but so far BEST BUY has stand up on their warranty and Protection . No complaints.

Worth having for any troubles down the road. Got this for my friend and they love it. I would recommend it to anyone
