My 75 big screen television had a defect and it was picked up and a new one was delivered by geek squad. I was also given the opportunity to upgrade, which i did.

Always love Best Buys protection plans! I haven't had to use one in a while, but customer service has always been great and it's a life saver when you do need it. Having the protection plan is always a good idea when purchasing a new device!

Like most insurances, it's a waste of time until you need it. You shouldn't need it often, but when you do (and you do occasionally), it is a Godsend. Saves money in the long run. Buying a new computer? No cost for file transfers. Have problems? No charge for service in most cases. Need Best Buy equipment installed? No charge.

Well worth the peace of mind for my appliances and devices

Bought this because of bluetooth and sleek design, expected some improvement in sound. Looks good, clean and minimalistic. Sound is better than TV so worked for it s need. Was easy to setup both wired and bluetooth. However, noticed recently (after a but over a year of not so much use) the speaker get very hot (concerning heat) even when not on (but plugged in). That should not be occuring.

The quality for price is why I’m giving this 5 stars. We wanted better clarity in our bedroom for the TV shows we watch at night. Almost bought a significantly more expensive one, beyond glad I rolled the dice on this one. The vocals are external clear out of the box, the surround speakers and subwoofer are perfect for a bedroom or small room to give just that little extra to make you feel immersed while laying comfy in bed.
