I love the device, however it was suppose to be open box excellent and instead it was filthy, it had not been cleaned the battery was completely flat which is very hard on them, and all the buttons were stuck like someone had spilled syrup on them The main button X is damaged so it continues to stick so I will be returning/exchanging it

I have been really happy with my Geek Squad/Best Buy membership. I have saved over $1000. since I started. All of the items I buy are covered for 2 years for repairs. I love the fact that I can bring in my computers for maintenance at no charge!

It would have cost me a fortune to get all the help I needed when my computer crashed and burned. I'm not tec savy and it is great to have the help to solve my problems. If I can't figure something out, or if I need to have my computer cleaned and updated, I just contact the Geek squad and they are very patient and helpful. It's been totally worth it.

I love this protection plan so far. Where I live, there are a lot of power surges, so if anything is damaged by a power surge, Best Buy will replace it. I also wasn’t aware this protection plan applies to all items purchased thereafter from Best Buy, so many of the items I have purchased of late come with free protection, it’s pretty awesome

I have purchased many TVs over the years and never had a bad one. Last week I bought two TVs and went to install them. One of the TVs had a small crack in the screen. No questions were asked your team just replaced it quickly and took care of it. I was happy that I wasn’t blamed for the damage. I definitely recommend the warranty.

Monthly Best Buy Protection is like, super cool, ya know? It keeps my stuff safe for like, up to 24 months. It's, like, easy to use and stuff, and the customer service is, like, totally awesome. I totally recommend it to everyone who wants to, like, protect their stuff!
