This has been the best protection for me after a lightning took out my modem and router recently. There was no problem with having the Geek Squad (thank you Dendra and Jason), not only come out to get everything up and running smoothly again, but also checking on an issue I’ve had with my Apple TV. When I saw what the bill could have been, i was thrilled that I have the extra protection, and that using. It is hassle-free!

Honestly worth it if your a gadget person like me. I almost threw away my printer that stopped working then I remembered I had this membership. I took it in and they replaced it (actually credit me and I used it to buy a different model). You never know when you will need the protection, but it’s worth it to protect your gadgets!

Been great so far had to use it a couple times items went bad on me but was hassle free and gives peace of mind knowing that items are already coverd and not having to buy service plans all the time

wanted to love EERo router. reviews were mostly great. But poor customer support means I may take it back. Not only were they unhelpful reading from their training scripts. They could not think of solutions .said they can never connect to supervisor. BB employee has Eero & talked to supervisor. Several times gave me incorrect info. including 'walking 'me through the set up. but reversed the order of connections. so it would not connect. reviews say Eero app could have more info on status of current error router functioning.agreed. have had slow downs & disconnects since going to Eero wifi 6 vs wifi 5 router. will monitor to see if that happens. maybe defective unit. then will return.Once I connected, my wifi says there are 2 Eero router connections available with the same router name. They kept insisting its because I have or had a router /modem combo. never did. & never connected 2nd Eero. What I liked: mesh system wifi 6. can add units if you need to. they told me the Eero pro 6 /4200 tri-band 2 pk has independent units. so one could use them in 2 separate houses. do not know if this is true.small flat unit needs less space vs traditional routers. If you value good customer service-don't buy. if wifi lags & drops more-wil return. unsure yet if I would reccommend-.

great gaming system now that they have stand along gaming. Would recommend for anyone getting a new system that's a fan of Sony.

Great for getting my appliances fixed when my kids run a box of crayons through the dryer or my husband leaves a necklace in the washer and it shatters and the metal links jam the agitator.
