Best printer I every bought. Had printed around 300 pages and still the ink level didn't go down. It's awesome compared to inkJet or DeskJet printers. Print quality is awesome. I did take some photo prints and it looks Good too. Overall a very good purchase.

The 24-month tech plan is worth every penny. We buy a lot of merchandise from Best Buy and having this plan is a life-saver. Anytime anything breaks, we bring it back and get a replacement. No headaches, no problems, and no waiting.

In my opinion, you get better service over the phone. When you go to the store; they act like they don’t see you and keep talking with each other. You eventually have to interrupt them and then they ask if you have an appointment. If you don’t, they will not attempt to assist you and no one else is in line. It did not use to be like this but now you have immature people behind the counters.
