I bought the protection plan because my son is very hard on any electronic. Sure enough, he broke his screen on a very expensive tablet and the deductible to get it fixed was $50. In two weeks, it was fixed and returned. Well worth it to invest in this plan.

There are few times I have needed to have coverage as BB sells quality products. But when I do, they make my issue work out better than expected. Best of all, they don't charge extra for it anymore. I get presents for family, and I email them the service coverage. They had earbuds go bad, they took care of it for me!

The unit works great once you are able to get it running. I ran into the pump issue that a good deal of users were reporting on the Blueair website. Forcing water through the pump in the sink alleviated the issue for me.
