The monthly Best Buy protection plan is god to have. It was purchased when we needed a new computer. This protection plan covers all other purchases that we make also. We recently purchased a washer and dryer and they were automatically added to the protection plan. That is a good selling point

I have been using that service from Best Buy for several years I have to say jobs have ups and downs but all and all it is a very good resource help to my equipment in my home and believe me I have a lot from camera vacuums computers printers ATC

Ive never have a problem with this protection plan, anytime i needed to bring anything back or get fixed they always were there for me, so far. So in my opinion, I think it's one of the best protection plans around. I purchase my items from bestbuy because of the protection plans

Had the service now for going on three years. But I’m amazed at how they’ve gotten viruses off my sons computer remotely. Whenever I had to take something to the geek squad counter, they been excellent and figure out the problem. Great investment, do it now not later. :-) It’s like having your old IT company Working for your house.

Honestly what it cost yearly if you break it down daily you can’t beat the coverage that you get

this is a very easy add-on, very helpful and a nice assurance

So far a very worthwhile purchase. Extending warranty and excellent installation. I purchased a new TV for the Living Room along with mounting brackets and a wireless transmitter. I had them use the existing mount for the new TV and install and the new mount, Wireless transmitter, new mount and old TV were mounted in the master bedroom. Tech's were great getting everything setup for us at a very reasonable price.

Basically all my products are in very great condition. Am able to get them fix and the technicians are ready to help
