Total tech is the only way to go. I bought 2 laptops, A facial steamer, vacuum cleaner, carpet cleaner, Printer, They set up my printer for free, helped me with my internet connection, It is great peace of mind to know I’m protected.

Insurance is important. Every device covered. All m h devices are from Best Buy.

After setting up my printer and using it for a little bit, I’ve decided I am not 100% happy with it. The biggest problem I have is not having a dual tray for 8 1/2 x 11 letter and photo printing of 4 x 6. Every time I need to print one or the other, I have to change the paper, change the setting/paper size and then print. Then I have to repeat that if I’m changing over to the other side. It is extremely annoying. I know it’s my mistake for not checking this out when purchasing, but it’s so annoying. I’m considering purchasing another printer as I think my return time is past.

Worth every penny. Especially if you purchase a lot of tech items at the store. No hassle exchanges and returns. Highly recommend.

Best Buy's Geek Squad Protection is worth every penny; If something breaks within 24 months which could happen, it's a full refund or exchange. We spend a lot of money on electronics, appliances, and gadgets from BB so you might as well spend a couple of dollars more for a piece of mind.

Getting 24 months of protection for all of my purchases give me peace of mind. It is money well spent.

Best buy and their protection has always come through with any questions or concerns I have. Any issues with my hardware when bought with the coverage under this protection has been amazing. Either replaced or credited hassle free the way it needs to be.

This is a great feature to Total TEch. We had a printer go out 2 weeks before the 24 month deadline. Walked into Best Buy took up to the return area witin 10 minutes we were walking out with a brand new one.

This is a great laptop. I am actually gonna use it for a dual monitor set up.

I always get a screen protector before walking out of the store.
