Best Buy Total plan is fantastic! We had a price match less than 30 days into a major purchase and the coverage paid for itself!

Wish it was longer. I would really like a 5 year warranty. Takes forever for service. Wait on the phone too long. Foreign customer service is not so great.

I've been pleased with the support and extra warranty coverage provided by the Best Buy Protection program. I buy enough items at Best Buy that it gives me extra peace of mind in case an issue comes up.

As someone who worked at Best Buy back in the day, I may be a little biased.. but this offering is likely the best BBY has come out with. Buying Totaltech and getting the protection subscription is a GAME CHANGER. Yes, paying yearly isn't ideal, but subscriptions are becoming status quo for many software and hardware vendors. Best Buy has won me over with this plan, as it carries a lot of value and perks.

Overall the plan is excellent. The only thing I didn't like was the co-pay to the plan. I could stomach it better if it was a lower co-pay.

Always good to know that I have the BestBuy Warranty just in case something goes wrong with my products. I had purchased warranted for 2 years. I have Total Tech so I don’t need to worry about purchasing a warranty. Even on my Apple products.

By far the best bang for your buck protection plan. I have used this on all of my devices that I have purchased for my home. With this when my TV broke Best Buy promptly came through with the same make and model to replace the broken one. They even installed it.

Best Buy's Protection is the best I've walked into Best Buy with broken items and they have let me either exchange it or get a refund within the same day. Their Policy is hands down the best thing and sure you have to pay for the protection but its definitely 0 hassle and 0 regrets.
