I have had to use this 2x and so far so good. I was at first not happy about the process with the camera but it actually ended up working out and the camera was fixed to my satisfaction.

I was extremely pleased, with the service I got from The Geek Squad. I have had several printers over the last few years and have nothing but problems with getting them to work. They came over and installed and made sure I had it connected to my smartphone my tablet as well as my TV. They did a great job and explained to me what they perceive the problem to have bent.

The monthly service plan is very helpful and covers the protection of my devices.

I like having the security of having Best Buy Protection - I am not proficient in computer 'fixing' and when presented with a fully functional computer - using it is wonderful. Technology is wonderful when it works! Thanks for making mine work!
