I can’t tell you were I would be if I didn’t have it

I decided to add the Best Buy Protection Plan to my Sonos Arc 2 purchase, and it was one of the best decisions I made. The plan provides excellent peace of mind, knowing that my investment is covered for any unexpected issues. The terms are clear, and the coverage goes beyond the standard manufacturer warranty, including accidental damage and other potential problems. The customer service team is friendly and knowledgeable, making it easy to file claims or ask questions.

The customer support with bestbuy company is hands down one of the best. Any time I’ve had any issues I went to them and they solved my issues. I even bought the total tech membership because I loved the support they provided.

In the past, I have purchased a Netgear router and due to one reason or the other, it died on me. I did not purchase protection plan due to the fact that for a $400 Router, the Protection Plan was around $100 for 2 years. I regretted my stupidity for not taking the protection plan. Similarly, any product we buy is not guaranteed to work perfectly. For 2 years, $179 protection is a good deal as it would cover all of your electronics purchased at Best Buy. Since then, I have been taking protection plans on all my purchases at Bestbuy or Amazon as it is not worth the risk. I have recommended this Plan to every friend of mine.

You might have to pay yearly to get this protection plan to cover most items for two years but if you regularly buy tech from Best Buy it is truly recommended. Buying 3–4-year warranties on lots of products by itself can get expensive real quick. At the end of the two year period you decided if you want to to pay to extend the warranty period beyond 2 years. Today's showroom hardly anything is on demo at the store like it was in the 90's with Circuit City so 60-day returns is great to have since you have to test most electronics at home. 4 year warranty for my 98-inch TV would have been over $1000 at the time of purchase if I didn't have this plan to cover the TV for 2 years.

if you shop a lot at BestBuy, or only get a couple Very Expansive products, Get the membership. Its WORTH it.. cuz if u spent 3000$ on a TV Warranty will cost price of membership. Plus they'll come to ur house and hang ur tv PC MESSED UP, no CHARGE. n u get but of stuff free apple Tv 4 months free stuff like that

Great service because the can modify your PC for you and not charge on most repairs as long as youre a total member.
